  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund per our Return Policy.

 

7. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after they are handed over to the carrier.
